Digital Products: Refund & Returns Policy

  1. Nature of Digital Goods Due to the digital nature of our products, all e-books are delivered via instant download or email. Because these files cannot be “returned” or “un-downloaded” once they have been accessed, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds.
  2. All Sales Are Final Except as provided in the “Technical Defects” section below, all sales of e-books are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind or “accidental” purchases.
  • Dissatisfaction with the content, writing style, or subject matter.
  • Incompatibility with your specific e-reader device or software (please ensure your device supports standard e-book formats before purchasing).
  1. Exception for Technical Defects We want to ensure you have a seamless reading experience. If you encounter a technical issue with your file, the following exception applies:
  • Reporting Window: You must report any technical defect within seven (7) days of your purchase.
  • Eligible Issues: This includes corrupted files, missing pages, or major formatting errors that make the book unreadable.
  • Resolution: If a technical defect is verified, we will provide a replacement copy of the e-book in a working format. We do not offer cash refunds for technical issues; our responsibility is limited to providing a functional version of the product you purchased.
  1. How to Request a Replacement If you have a defective file, please contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue. Once the defect is confirmed, your replacement copy will be sent to your registered email address within 3 business days.
